100 years as a community gathering place, a MacDonald Family tradition of hospitality for 50.
Some places become more than just destinations—they become part of your story. Bayside has been bringing people together in Fish Creek for 50 years. It all started when “Smilen” Bob and Elaine, “EMac” MacDonald showed up in Fish Creek with six kids and took a chance on a smokey little tavern, turning it “Wisconsin’s Best Small Town Bar.” Over the years, Bayside grew—first with a beloved boutique, and most recently with a waterfront café.
What’s never changed? The welcoming spirit and love for Door County that makes this place feel like home.
